This organization has the social, clinical, physical, and intellectual capacity, experience and infrastructure to conduct its existing programme. On the premises, the Centre has been offering a second chance home for a limited number of working clients and those who have been diagnosed with dual disorders and require close supervision until they have been stabilized.
