I hope you take the time to read this review. My mother had the worst experience at your establishment last week. I recently started building and I asked her to visit the Hardware to inquire as to the availability of some material and the prices. She was about to give the list to a CSR when a lady, who seemed to be a Supervisor, told the girl to deal only with the customers. When my mom asked if she isn't also a customer the lady told the girl my mother isn't buying anything. My mother left embarrassed. I took my business else where. Staff should not treat potential customers that way, that lady needs to be given training in customer service.
