I have been working at Cole & Associates Engineered Safety Systems full-time (More than 3 years) Pros 1. You get 10 sick days, 2 casual and 10 vacation days annually. Cons 1. Company does not pay overtime, you have to beg for your extra hours and if you don't keep asking them about it you will never get it. 2. Company victimize employees when we refuse to work overtime. 3. Does not send crews on a job site with the suitable material to get the job done. 4. Training with respect to the devices used on site are never done. 5. Employer does not pay employees on time. 6. Does not pay employees our rate required to certain job sites, Some customers pay Ian Cole to give us a certain rate and we dont get paid. 7. Does not hire qualified persons for certain job positions, Example our Service coordinator is VERY incompetent. 8. We don't get travelling money to go on job sites that are very far 9. No one got a raise in salary in 4 years and counting. 10. Does not provide P.P.E that is required, example in my 4 years working at cole I got 2 coveralls , 2 Steel tip boots, one Helmet and 2 Safety glasses. Show Less Advice to Management Sell the company to someone who can manage and is capable of running a company efficiently.
