Mainz was started by Craig Maindonald who has more than 30 years experience within the building industry. He started his career as an apprentice carpenter and completed a Diploma in Building in the United States of America. Mainz Developments now concentrates on building various projects in Queensland and New South Wales such as duplexes and multi-townhouse developments.

Craig started Mainz Developments with the philosophy to build projects on time and on budget and in recent years he has steered Mainz to pursue the property investment market as he considers this to be a niche market and the way of the future. Craig wants to pass this knowledge on to other like-minded property investors who want to invest in their future.
