Our fitness studio's been recently renovated, and it's been maintenance and cleaning by our staffs every day. We make sure you are comfortable and relaxed when you come and use our equipments. Music are not quite loud and fluted so you can speak to someone in the studio. Our trainers are always around in case you need helps or advices. For personal training, our trainer will set up a special program for you and they will guide you through every instruction so that you can achieve your goals quickly and effectively. We don't use "one program fits all".
