We have a large range of strength and cardio equipment on offer to allows members to use the facilities as they choose and avoid waiting for machines. We use only the best and latest technology in all our machines from HealthStream who are our strength provider and Vision who are our cardio provider. We have developed aliances with these companies to ensure that our machines are always in service to help avoid any inconvieniences.Our mission is to provide a Fitness Facility that caters for the everyday person looking to improve their overall health and wellness.
