Called this company and was a bit disappointed. The owner speaks a good line but is a bit arrogant. Says he has plenty of business and does not really need new customers. Ok with men I found someone else

Fantastic Service & Results!!!

Harry Kurchner and his crew from Ultra Pressure Cleaning again made my house sparkle for the holidays. They are professional, detailed and go above and beyond.

I had my roof, awning, patios, and driveway all pressured cleaned. Harry also had his team clean my wooden fence for no additional charge. I thought this fence would need to be replaced but it now looks brand new! I couldn't believe how beautifully it cleaned up with the algae removed.

Harry is very professional, on-time, and delivers as promised and beyond.

I highly recommend that you hire this company. They do excellent work!

Very impressed with the work from Ultra Pressure Cleaning. Harry accommodated the fast next day timing I asked for. He came to the house and instructed his crew on exactly what needed to be done and best method to accomplish excellent results. The crew did a great job removing stains from my wood deck and awnings and even went the extra step of cleaning the front walkways and front of the house. I was pleasantly surprised by the work done. First I just wanted to say that I am in no way related or a friend of the owners or anyone else affiliated with this company. You can see on my profile that I often write reviews. With that being said, I'll start with the price. The price was just a bit higher than what I expected, but still gave it 5 stars because of how satisfied I was after the service. I had the same job done a few years back for a bit cheaper, and it came out as good as if I would've done it. This service went above and beyond. Really. He not only pressure cleaned the area that I needed, and very well, but he took it upon himself to hit other well needed areas as well. He left my pool deck looking new. You get what you pay for. If you want a cheap price, expect a cheaply done job. Lastly, the owner was extremely professional. I wish all of the contractors I hired did high quality work with that kind of professionalism. In fact, I was so impressed, i asked him if he provided any other services. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

I can only reiterate the glowing reviews that everyone else has given. This company is fantastic. Customer service and responsiveness are evident in everything that they do. I contacted Harry with a description of the work. The pressure cleaning included the exterior of the house, windows and concrete walkways. Harry prepared and submitted a written estimate to me. Despite contacting three other companies, I chose Ultra Pressure Cleaning.
After I agreed to his proposal, Harry worked with me to schedule a time and date for the work. His crew showed up on the appointed date and at the specified time. After a short walk through, they started work. The crew removed the grime from my concrete walkways which had turned black. Everything has never look better - except when the house was newly painted. My house and the other exteriors shine. I would highly recommend Ultra Pressure Cleaning. They are professionals who make the overall experience excellent!!!!

My husband hired Ultra Pressure Cleaning to wash and seal our pool deck and driveway. Harry was very professional in giving an estimate, providing a contract and showing up for appointments on time. On the day the work was to be completed, he and his crew showed up on time, did amazing work above and beyond the scope of the work contracted. Our house never looked so good! Despite the weather being uncooperative for several weeks following the power washing, Harry was completely committed to doing our job with the highest level of quality possible. He sent his guys back to "touch up" areas of the deck and driveway that had new acquired new stains (from palm tree berries etc.) while we were waiting for the weather to clear. Finally, with much persistence and patience our pool deck and driveway were sealed and the job was completed. I would highly recommend Harry and his crew at Ultra Pressure Cleaning. Everyone involved was very professional, polite and hard working.
