Such an expensive service. I have a 600 sqft apartment and they told me " you need 4 person and couple hours to clean the apartment" which doesnt make any sense because why 4 person for a single bedroom apartment. Its useless. and they wanted to charge me $540. For a cleaning service.

I can't say enough! I hired the crew for a move in clean the week of Thanksgiving. The previous occupant was not much of a cleaner so everything needed to be deep cleaned before I felt I could move anything in. Wow, 3 people did the job in a little over 3 hours. We were very pleased with their work! It was worth every penny.

A chance connection with Servicemaster Lakeshore saved my sanity when my basement flooded in June. I had never used a flood recovery service, and the owner, Jeanne, talked me through their procedure. We made some decisions together but I mostly relied on their expertise. A team was dispatched within a few hours, and the owner came by to check on the job. When they left, the basement was dry, spotless, sanitized and deodorized. Their industrial fans and dehumidifier finished the job.
Emergency situations can put the consumer at a disadvantage because time is not on your side. I was lucky to find this company.

i have used Service Master of Lake Shore for several years now and they continually impress me!
when you call you speak to Jeanne who is a gem! so pleasant, helpful, and works with you to set an appointment time that works with your schedule - from as early as 8am and wknds too!
Alex is the guy who's cleaned my sofa, area rug, and carpet in my bedroom. the first time he cleaned he took the time to look at the fabric on my sofa to make sure it was durable for cleaning. he also asked if there were any stains or areas that needed special attention.

I have used Service Master twice now and both times I have been very impressed. Scheduling with Jeanne couldn't be easier. She was very flexible and kind. The guys who have shown up to do my carpet have been early and courteous both times. The carpet looks brand new when they leave and it was far from it when they arrived:)

Long time business customer and within the last two years have had them come to my home - one of the things I like is that the crew has remained the same for the most part and I think that speaks volumes. Second, they leave everything as they find it - no surprises. Would not hesitate to refer/recommend.

I have used these folks several times and they did an excellent job. I think they have moved to S Michigan but this phone number still works, or at least it did., and they cover a wide area. They sent the same crew a couple of times which was helpful because they become familiar with your space. Also, they are very thorough with asking what exactly you want cleaned. That way you get exactly what you are expecting. Inside the stove? Yes or no? Baseboards? Deck? They are also available on a pretty short turn around. If you want the pros instead of an individual, these guys are good to use.

Waste of time. I was quoted a certain price for carpet and furniture cleaning. Scheduled an appointment. Received a call 2 days prior asking if we can change the date because it would be more convenient for the guys. The guys showed up 30 minutes late and promptly started complaining about the price negotiated. Told me they could only do part of what I wanted and that I would have to move the furniture myself. I am visibly 6 months pregnant. Forget it.
