Hudson Heating And Cooling

Advice: Don't use this company. Gil installed a minisplit in sept and we used it for one week 2 weeks ago and then it died. We did the trouble shooting and found that the problem is due to poor installation. Many calls unanswered, many texts unanswered. There is no 24 hour emergency service as advertised. Once Gil actually answered the phone and he told my husband that he would fix it the next day. NO show of course. He still won't answer any calls or text messages. So here we sit after spending 8000 dollars in 94 degree heat. I had to put one star in order to post this but believe me they deserve no star.

I have nothing but great things to say about Gil and everyone else at Hudson Heating and Cooling. My husband and I are renting a home in Nashua (moved from Colorado) and our heat went out. We didn't know who to call and our landlord isn't local. We called found Hudson Heating and Cooling and we got a response immediately. Gil came out that same day and checked everything out. We needed a new boiler, which was installed the very next day. We had constant communication with Gil and his team and he checked on us multiple occasions. We received nothing but excellent customer service from Hudson Heating and Cooling!!
