I had an excellent experience with Michael and Kenny from Friends and Family. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Both HVAC technicians arrived on time, assessed the issue promptly, and worked diligently to resolve it. They also took the time to explain what caused it and how to prevent similar issues in the future. I highly recommend these technicians for their expertise and exceptional service.

I had previously purchased a service package with Friends & Family and had my 1st 6 months service on my A/C Unit yesterday.
Max Cruz was my specialist who came to service my unit. He is the best service person I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many throughout my years of being a homeowner.
Very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions & even answered some questions that I thought was a plumbing issue but it was actually involving my AC unit.
If I ever need any major service on my unit I will definitely request for Max or at least for him to oversee the project.

We had a rental that the tenants were concerned that the return and Plenum were not properly sealed. This was an assumption made by another contractor.

We called friends and family and they sent somebody out the very next day. Max was the technician that showed up and went through the full inspection. He determined everything was in proper order and everything was sealed properly. He even went the extra mile to give us a recommendations on maintaining the furnace if we wanted to, no pressure sales tactics.

Highly recommend. Will be using them for our own house.

we found ourselves with an AC that wasn't cooling our home. we suspected a leak and used yelp to reach out to a few other companies nearby, but this company had great yelp reviews and was available within hours to come and see us so we went with them.

Max Cruz came to check out our problem and was able to verify that we had a freon leak after a thorough check of the condenser outside. He even went up to the attic to check on the setup up there. He is very knowledgeable and was happy to teach us about the components of our system and how it actually works. I love learning so this was a nice bonus.

He gave us a couple options and we decided to meet up with someone about getting our AC replaced and although they are booked up for weeks, he was able to get us Nick Mazurier, the GM, to come see us 2 days later and even accommodated our night shift schedule by coming right at 9am on the dot so we could sleep soon after.

There was no pressure sale, just information about our options including repair vs replacement. He gave us a great deal and we were able to get our new Lennox AC installed by Caesar and Bladimir.

They were very mindful and respectful of our home, putting tarps to cover our clothes in the open closet that they had to use to get into the attic. They put tarps down on the ground from the front door all the way to that closet so they wouldn't damage the flooring and would be able to have an easy clean up after. They left no mess and wore shoe covers while they were in our house. Totally appreciated that. Thanks, friends & family! We shall see u during maintenance.

This company was referred by a close friend of mine, and I am sure glad they did. Setting up an appointment was easy and smooth. Got the tech coming out, Kenny. Very chill and very professional, that guy. This guy did the full service workup on my AC... as for my AC, she's an old girl, ol' Bessie. He noticed a few things and fixed it right up. This guy was very knowledgeable and he went surgical on my unit, very thorough. Checked my vents and temperatures. Heck, he even washed down ol' Bessie with cleaning foam and water, like he gave her a much needed bath. I gave Kenny some waters and some Dr. Pepper Coconut Cream Zero Sugar Sodas during his service. I know other techs from other companies just come and just say, "okay okay okay done, here's the bill, pay, bye" and I am like, "hey, you never even took off the panel to the AC, let alone a single tool from your pocket". Friends and Family is definitely that family owned business you want and need to support because they treat you right, not being a disgruntled appointed tech telling you how bad their life is and stare at my bottle of blue label whiskey... and I appreciated that! I would go for that service plan they have to make sure your unit is tip top shape all year long so you are not stranded during the summer, because you know So Cal weather in the summer is no joke! Heck even the winter can feel like summer. 7 out of 5 Star Service! Ol' Bessie is happy!

Kenny did an amazing job explaining every thing he was doing as well as the benefits of the work he completed along with the benefits that the company offers. He was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need.

They are excellent!! Very helpful and going beyond the call of duty. Showed us how to fully use our system! Educated us on what the system has in terms of its capacity!! Cleaned everything, explained everything etc. Highly recommend this family owned business. We hired them for our annual service program!!
