They came out to help us with a backed up drain. They charged us almost $900 to snake and said they'd need to come back to break up the basement floor and fix collapsed/broken pipes. They also said one of drains was no longer functioning. They quoted us about $7k but said it might be more.
We looked up their old company name: Plumb-o-Matic and saw they had an F from Better Business Bureau and some rough reviews on Yelp.
Today we had another plumber come out for a 2nd opinion. He re-snaked (which leads me to believe Five Guys did not do it correctly when they were here) and got rid of the obstructions. He informed us there were no broken or collapsed pipes, all the drains were working correctly and it cost $175.
