This is a heated cycling studio... I always snag a bike near the door, so whenever the door opens, I get a wisp of cool air.

We started late due to an unfortunate circumstance next door got ran into by a car just 30min prior, and I was new and needed adjustment. Irina gave us still the full workout time plus some. Another plus, they provide free towels and shoe rental!!!!

Free towels, free shoe rental, free water just bring your own bottle because you will need that refill! Amazing!!! Believe me, you will need that towel, you will need those shoes, and you will need that water!

Parking is easy, ample and free!

I don't feel claustrophobic in the parking lot or in class.

I love Irina's ENTHUSIASM when she teaches, it pumps you up!

Daniel... you kill me every time. He does all these things that require your core. I HAVE NO CORE... I have no balance, so even though the bike is stationary, I'm scared for myself. But, I have gotten better, maybe even a little stronger I might add. So yeah, I totally recommend this place! I love this humble mom and pop studio, no pretentiousness here, just come as you are and get your workout on.

So disappointing. I was looking forward to trying this out. I am located in the Woodland Hills area so I came to the address located on the website and links which led me to 19952 1/2 Ventura Blvd, only to find it has been closed down. I further tried to reach out via the telephone number listed to find another location and yet again another disappointment. An automated number that sends you coupons for the gym and no one talk too. I
Can't stress enough the VALUE of having someone
answer phones. Automation feels like a
Cop out to not engage with customers. So much for spinning with Finergy.

      In response :

Take down your web & automated number giving away coupons to a gym that is non existent.
It's bad business for a non existing business that you seem to justify.

Love this studio. Heated cycle class and it feels like a party with the music and black lights! Such a fun way to work out :) Irina, the owner, is definitely my favorite instructor, but I like the other ones too. I wish I could go more often, but I can't afford it so I purchase a single class once in a while.
My only vice is that even with the packaged classes you only have a limited time to use them before they expire. Most specialized studios allow you to use the classes you purchase unless its a groupon. But not them. Regardless I like the place a lot and can't wait to go to my next class.

...when you get bored of the gym you gotta switch up your workouts. Even though I've been working 12 hr days, not going to bed till 11 pm or later I managed to still make it to workout by 6 am every morning (that's what keeps me going all day). I haven't been to a spin class or stepped foot in a spin studio in about 2 years...when I tell you I found JESUS and them Finergy cycle this morning it's the TRUTH!!! I have never done a hot yoga class so when I read HOT SPIN I was like (only thing I like hot are my doughnuts )it was pretty dope! The music was awesome especially when class starts with alittle MJB! PS I'm still alive after spinning for 55 min in a room with the thermostat set at 85

Visited Finergy last week for the first time - the front desk associate was a complete joy. Class started at 630 and i informed her that i had to take a business call from 620-630 and she let me set up early so i could run in after my call.

The class was tough, but was not unbearable. The room doesnt get too hot, i actually wish it got hotter...granted i do spin a lot - and at some of the hardest spin studios in Los Angeles. I definitely thought there could have been more runs and less inclines, but the workout was tough nonetheless. oh! and the music was awesome. all hip-hop.

The only thing that really bothered me was the girl spinning next to me snapchatting the whole time. I mean, do you, but I really think the studio should have a no cellphone rule. This is one hour a day you get to totally disconnect, and people should be more courteous of what their doing in a GROUP class.

HEATED cycling is not that terrible! Yes, it's hot, but you can ask for a fan to be turned on for some time. Instructors are amazing: all have different style, but all bring great energy and motivation. Music is fun; you'll be dancing and singing along (don't worry, it's loud, so no-one will hear you!) Each class incorporates weights or some exercise to tone your body, i.e. push ups or squats. And the class schedule is not as limited as in other studios! Towel is provided and there is water in the lobby (just bring your own bottle to refill).
If you are looking for a change in your routine or want to add awesome cardio, this is the place!

      Class Pass taught me....

The Price: First class is $10 for new customers then $17 per class after.

Location: Super cute and cozy area in a strip mall. The setup is a bit odd in that you walk in to the check in desk and must travel through the cycling arena to get to the lockers and bathroom. The locker area is spacious and bright which contrasts with the dark cycling arena. But all in all there's plenty of room and never felt things were overcrowded. Plus there's plenty of parking which is a major plus.

The Workout: My bike's console was broken so I wasn't able to keep up with the different gears but I tried my best to adjust and still had a great workout. The instructor had great energy and kept everyone motivated. The room was a bit warm but great for those who love to sweat. The back of the room gets hotter so if you are afraid of overheating then make your way closer to the front. But above all else, the music was SUPER good! The workout featured a great mix of hip hop and some pop, but mostly Beyoncé.

But overall Finergy Cycle provides a great workout at a reasonable price. The class wasn't overcrowded and customer service was on point. Also they don't charge for a spin shoe rental which is a major plus. Online they do mention a towel rental fee but they didn't charge my boyfriend so it may be fine not to bring one. But you will sweat so keep that in mind and make sure to bring plenty of water.

I liked the class in general. Convenient location and clean facility. Music not too loud ... thank god. Reasonable price per class comparably.

I'm not a fan of the trendy "heated ride". It's actually not safe for cardiovascular exercise ( http://popcycle2k.com/blog/2015/07/26/is-cycling-inside-a-heated-room-safe )

However you can bring a fan and attach it to the handle bars.... necessary. I get a much better workout when I don't have heat exhaustion.

Do give them a try though... everyone's very nice and the room is aglow with neon lights.... fun

Ok....I want to make sure you all know why I'm giving them a 5 star!
I love the fact that the energy is through the roof. The music is just fantastic. The owners are wonderful, very personable. As a new member I was completely taken care of. Irina and Jesse made sure I felt comfortable and not lost.
I have now attended about 10 classes...each and every instructor has a different flavor....all are just DELICIOUS.
Seriously you get a different flavor each time. That's what I love. Try them for yourselves. FINERGY is Awesome!!

Never loved cycling this much in my life! Great place! Amazing people! I practically live here now. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants a fun time burning calories and forgetting the stress of everyday life. Irina (the owner) is the coolest person you'll ever meet! Her staff/instructors are super nice and helpful.
