Me and my husband hired this company to perform a clean of our newly renovated home on 4-21-23. Our home was not occupied, and was completely empty of any furniture. I requested a deep cleaning which included both bathrooms and the kitchen. As I waited at the home for the housekeeper one person showed up with a bucket full of cleaning supplies. I thought it was strange that only one young man showed up as I thought it would be a team. I asked him how long would he be and he said about four hours. I left and came back the next day. The home looked exactly the same as before it was allegedly cleaned. See pictures below. I contacted the company and sent them pictures as well. They notified me that after speaking to the cleaner I was charged for 6 hours when it should've been only 4. So basically if i never complained they would have got me for two extra hours. They refused to send out a new housekeeper only the same one who didn't do anything the first time. I am very disappointed in this company and will never use them again. Does this look clean to any of y'all? I will be updating my review as new information becomes available.

First and foremost, we apologize for any confusion regarding the number of cleaners during your service. It's typically ideal to have more than one cleaner for a thorough deep clean. However, our cleaning teams consist of independent contractors and the decision on the number of cleaners is often determined by the team based on their availability and scheduling. This is also why the assigned team is responsible for resolving any issues related to the service, and it's why we sent the same team for a re-clean.
Regarding the hours charged, we want to emphasize that it is our practice to confirm the number of hours worked with the cleaners before proceeding with any charges. In this instance, you proactively reached out to us regarding the hours before it was confirmed. Please rest assured that we only charge for the actual number of hours our team spent cleaning.
We understand that you initially requested a full refund, and we respect your concern. As per our policy, refunds are not offered prior to a Re-Clean being accepted. No refund will be offered if a Re-Clean is denied. Even though the reclean offer was declined, we offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill which you accepted.
We acknowledge your disappointment with the initial cleaning, and we are committed to taking immediate steps to prevent such occurrences in the future. Your valuable feedback is guiding us in making necessary improvements.

Cleanzen fixed the problem we had with them. They are a company that goes above and beyond to make things right. Unfortunately the response by the company is not 100% fact. I think 3 stars is the best l can do especially since they were not at my home when the situation happened. I wish the response was truthful. However, the problem was eventually fixed and I am thankful.

We sincerely apologize for your experience with us. We know what you wanted was a Christmas miracle and we're really sorry it didn't go as planned. I would definitely feel disappointed if I were in your place.
On the day of the service, you’re cleaner reached out and told us that she would need more time to cover all of the areas she was asked to clean. You agreed to a 1-hour extension but didn’t agree for more as per the cleaner. We apologize if we weren’t able to meet your standards. The cleaner said that as much as she wanted to do more for the cleaning she just don’t have enough time to do so and if there might be a misunderstanding, please accept our apologies.
Also, we're deeply sorry about what happened to your oven. Please know that it was never our intention to cause any damage to your property and we really just wanted to help. Since we truly value your business with us and for all the inconvenience we have caused you, we have refunded the charge for the total amount of the service. Your provider has confirmed too that the claim was filed for the oven and it's currently under process and the check will be issued to you shortly.
We highly value your feedback and we thank you for letting us resolve this matter. We greatly appreciate the chance you have given us and the team to make this right. Again, we are extremely sorry for what happened and we are hoping for your understanding.

I need a Christmas miracle for 2021. The cleaner did not clean well and did not clean what she was asked to. She worked slow to angle for more time. We said no then she finally got to work. A two hour clean took four hours. First upon arrival she sprayed a commercial cleaner in all three of my ovens not removing the racks inside. Then she left the commercial cleaner on my residential ovens for 3 hours. Surface ruined and chemical residue and smell still inside the fans of my convection oven. I was told l could still use the ovens even after l told them of the chemical smell when oven is turned on. I am not releasing dangerous chemicals to taint food. They made my two years old ovens look like twenty year old ovens. My Christmas and dinner plans are ruined and only new LG appliances would fix. Asked for vaccinated and masked cleaners. They confirmed twice. Sent people to my house who didn't even have masks with them. After confirming they knew how to lock the door, they not only did NOT lock the door, but they left my door swinging wide OPEN when I came home. I have two cats who easily could have escaped and I could have been robbed. I wouldn't ever use this company again.

I scheduled a "deep" clean of our new home over a week in advance. On the day of service, the cleaner arrived on time and was friendly -- but it was ONE cleaner, who was supposed to "deep" clean my three bedroom, one bathroom home. The cleaner got done in LESS THAN TWO HOURS. The clean was totally unsatisfactory -- he had no mop or supplies to clean the floors, had no supplies to clean appliances, didn't even have a broom. It looked like he just wiped the surfaces with a multi-purpose cleaner and called it a day. For context, there was dried food left on the appliance surfaces, garbage left on the kitchen and hardwood floors, and even hair (from the prior home tenant) left in the bathroom vanity cabinets. Baseboards had dried dirt on them, windows had fingerprints, and closets had dust bunnies. To put it simply, the house was not only "deep" cleaned, but it was dirty. To top it all off, the cleaner showed us a receipt before he left the home for $240... we then saw a charge for over FIVE HUNDRED dollars on my boyfriend's credit card. When I contacted the company to explain that the clean was entirely unsatisfactory (especially for their high price), they told us that they could not offer any form of refund until we first allowed the cleaner to try to re-clean. So, the cleaner came again, on short notice and requiring my boyfriend to stay home for the day. He AGAIN did a horrible job -- he cleaned the corners of each room but nothing else. I've contacted Cleanzen about a refund but have received no response. Will NEVER use Cleanzen again, and would only recommend to someone who wants to pay hundreds of dollars for low quality service.

We are sad that your experience wasn’t up to par. I’d probably be disappointed too I was in your shoes.
We apologize for the confusion regarding the price of the service. We are not sure where the cleaner get the price he showed you but the price of the service was the one indicated on the confirmation email we sent and the booking form for this service.
After we received your feedback, we inform your cleaner right away and he offered a reclean which you initially declined. We informed you about the policy that refunds will not be granted prior to a reclean being denied that’s why you agreed to a reclean.
The reclean was scheduled and done by the cleaner and we are sorry that it’s still unsatisfactory. We decided to offer a partial refund which you agreed on and processed.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We appreciate your patience in helping us resolve this matter.
