I was looking to sell my house and downgrade to a smaller place. My daughter recommend that I contact Marcelle after my current agent wasn't responding to me. I just called, and a lady answered the phone. I said who am i speaking to ? she replied you called me ? I again said may i have your name ? again sarcastic answer? I said Greg. speaking me on a blue tooth or speaker phone I couldn't hear her. I said its a little difficult to hear you. she said well could be a bad connection call back ? ZERO customer service, Rude and obnoxious.
