About Us

At Southwest Training Services, Inc. our mission is to help employers and job seekers make informed employment and training choices. We serve Washington and Greene counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Our staff is very knowledgeable about the local labor market, with an in-depth understanding of both sides of the employment equation.

On the supply-side, we help job seekers become attached, or reattached, to the workforce through education, training and job placement services. On the demand-side, we help employers attract and retain competent workers through recruitment, screening and training assistance.
