Many students use their vacation time to prepare to transition to a career in real estate and the accelerated format of the day class is ideal for this goal. Many Port Richey real estate students are newer residents who have real estate licenses in another state or are retired and the day course is a perfect fit for their schedules.

The real estate pre licensing course is 63 hours and the final examination is held on the last morning of class and the real estate students will know before they leave the school if they have passed. If they pass the end of course exam, they are issued a completion certificate (grade report).

The real estate student must present the real estate school completion cerificate to the state real estate license examination center (currently pearsonvue in order to sit for the state exam for the florida real estate sales associate license.

Nature Coast Real Estate School offers a weekend exam prep course for sales associates and brokers at the Commercial Way location in Spring Hill. This fast paced course is ideal for real estate license candidates who have succesffully completed the 63 hour pre-license course and are preparing for the state license exam. This course runs saturday and sunday from 8am to 5 pm using the Dearborn Real Estate Exam Prep Manual. Students are encouraged to have read the manual and completed the test questions in order to maximize the classroom experience. It is advised not to schedule the real estate license state exam the day after this weekend class, but rather to take a day or two to rest and review the materials that were the most difficult to master during the weekend course.

The newly licensed Pasco County real estate professional is required to complete a 45 hour real estate post licensing class for sales associates before the expiration of their initial licenses, as the initial license is probationary. Sales associates are encouraged to complete this course as early in their real estate career as possible, as the course maps out the steps to a successful career in real estate. Procrastinating could result in the loss of a hard earned license because if the post licensing course is not completed within the time frame, the sales associate license becomes null and void.
