What our Employees Say

Luke Miller-web
“This is more than a job to me, because working here gives me the stability and freedom to live a life outside of work. The work is challenging, engaging, and sometimes terrifying, but that gives me a sense of fulfillment and pride in the work that I do. For the first time in my adult life, I can be proud of the work I am doing and that is a complete joy."
Luke Miller
Design Engineer
MartinCSI-Todd Ebright
"We collaborate a lot here. Because we do so many different things, it's hard to know everything and there are times when I won't have an answer to something, so we work together when that happens. We know a lot of things, but no one is an expert in one thing."
Todd Ebright
Project Engineer
MartinCSI-Bill Sellitto-f
"When I'm interviewing potential candidates, I always tell them that if you like to play with the latest gadgets and toys this is the place to be. All the new technology that comes out, we get to deal with it first before it potentially even shows up a t a customer's site. You get to see a lot of manufacturing facilities and see how things are actually put together, how they are potentially made, things that you could never really dream of."
Bill Sellitto
Vice President Engineering
Justin McNabb-f
"From other places I've worked, MartinCSI is a lot more comfortable in the sense that people have a true work family. I don't have to filter myself as much. If I am struggling with something or frustrated, I will say it."
Justin McNabb
Project Engineer
Jack May web
"It's a safe environment where I can be open. If I don't understand something I feel comfortable asking for clarification and they don't make me feel dumb or belittle me for asking."
