The all-NEW Koala Cove Park is now open in the Movida Estate!

This unique D&C project features a space with state of the art equipment and an environment for all ages to connect and play.

With 5 hectares of open space, the Koala Cove Park includes:

• A giant 10m high play tower with a Koala on top

• Carved timber animals around the play space

• An enclosed toddler play area

• Revegetation of the public open space using endemic plant species

• A multi-use court featuring basketball, netball hoops & soccer goals

• Sheltered picnic and BBQ areas

• Ample open green play space

Lake Street Urban Stream

Lake Street Urban Stream just won the 2024 WA Champion Landscaper Awards with the Landscape Industry Association of WA for Commercial Construction projects from $500,00 – $1M & the Water Sensitive Urban Design (Grahame Heal) Award in the Australian Water Association WA awards night recently, which was a joint submission between LD Total, City of Canning & Water Corporation.

Lake Street Urban Stream is part of the City of Canning’s revegetation program and was revamped with native trees & shrubs. It functions as a pedestrian link, removes pollutants from storm water, is a new public open space & helps improve native biodiversity.
