Welcome to LABCO! We are an independent, neutral, DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and globally active test laboratory specialised in testing of electrical automotive system components. Our mission is to make your products more innovative, more reliable and, above all, safer. For more than 20 years, international partners have relied on our expertise.

LABCO test reports are recognised by all globally active original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and usually lead directly to the acceptance of the tested product. Additional testing of the components at the OEMs is therefore not necessary.

Thanks to our wide range of tests and wide service profile, we are able to perform many different component tests in-house. Whether release tests according to international standards or individual tests for completely new products – with LABCO you bring your components quickly and safely to the market.

Autonomous test laboratories are becoming increasingly rare. LABCO is one of the few accredited test laboratories that does not belong to a company or laboratory group. We are distinguished by our autonomy, independence and neutrality.

Our test facility equipment is regularly extended and modernised in order to expand our service portfolio for you.

Thanks to our broad knowledge and network, we are able to quickly identify new market requirements and update our testing portfolio accordingly, even before you submit your request to us – we are always ready for new challenges. In this way, a wide range of different tests that you require for your components can be performed at our location. For all other tests that are not yet part of our testing spectrum, we will find a solution together so that we perform analyses and tests according to your requirements.

High requirements for components

A large number of components must comply with high requirements and standards in order to be used safely in vehicles, aircraft, agricultural machinery and household appliances. With tests on these components, we ensure that your products always meet these requirements.

Strict legal requirements and standards must be fulfilled to ensure the proper functioning of installed components. For this purpose, the testing of parts must be performed in an accredited, neutral and independent test laboratory, such as we are.

These tests include, among other things, checking the function of the parts at low temperatures as well as resistance to common operating fluids (oils, acids, etc.). In addition, high demands are placed on the mechanical load capacity of the components to ensure that they are not damaged during assembly and operation.

Test results with high acceptance

Our test results are accepted by all internationally operating OEMs – further testing of the parts is therefore not necessary. As a neutral, independent and accredited test laboratory, we offer you reliable and fast tests with resilient and internationally recognised results for your components.

To determine the required scope of testing, for example for the often-extensive approval tests, we will be happy to provide you with our expertise in an advisory capacity in the advance of the testing procedure. Please do not hesitate to contact us. After receipt of the order and the test specimen, we perform the tests on your components in accordance with the requested standard. With test reports from LABCO, which prove that your product complies with the standard, you can obtain direct approval for your components.
