DMSI was founded in 1989 as a distributor of janitorial supplies and equipment. Today, founders Rita and Ron Dumra oversee a growing company that sells products and equipment to a number of Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S.
RITA DUMRA
Rita Dumra co-founded Diverse Maintenance Solutions, Inc., which is located in Blaine, Minnesota in 1989. Prior to founding Diverse Maintenance Solutions Rita worked as an office manager for a computer parts distributor and prior to that as a flight attendant.She is very punctual..
RON DUMRA
Ron is the founder of Diverse Maintenance Solutions, Inc. As the CEO of DMSI, Ron is responsible for running all facets of the business. He has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries.
AMANDA LEGER
Amanda is the Senior Buyer and Client Specialist at DMSI. This is a customer service based role in which Amanda has been working for almost all of her working career in some form or another. Amanda is married with 2 children and 4 grandchildren. She loves hunting and fishing.
Barton Benhoff
Barton Benhoff is our Account Executive with DMSI whom spearheads the new Business Development and working on raising the bar further on the level of Customer Service, which is what DMSI is known for and help provide the Ultimate Client Experience. Barton is an avid beach volleyball player.
