Who We Are



Since 1996, DLT Database Design has provided staffing to work with our customer teams to address analytical challenges leading to improved profitability. We are successful in training and developing personnel who are frequently hired by our customers. Our policy is to recruit individuals with strong values who enjoy problem solving, are motivated to learn, and enjoy contributing in a team environment.


What We Offer 

Unlike many staffing providers, we offer our employees paid vacation, holidays, and sick time as well as a company sponsored IRA. Individual assignments usually last for multiple years. We do not charge our customers a placement fee for our employees who are hired. By keeping our overhead low, our billing rates are very competitive and assignments relatively long.


We are currently looking for qualified candidates for several open positions.

Recent college graduates or analysts with 1-2 years of experience are needed to work in a team effort to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs.  Fluency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel macros and pivot tables and working knowledge of SAS and/or Tableau is desirable.
