The East Central Illinois Community Action Agency was established in 1965 to provide continued services to individuals and families in the Ford, Iroquois, and Vermilion Counties. Our mission and vision is to move families to self-sufficiency through providing relevant information, education, professional development and services. How can ECICAA can help?
If you find yourself in need, please call the office in your county and make an appointment to sub-mit an application. We are taking applications virtual and in-person for LIHEAP and PIPP (Percentage of Income Payment Plan) Monday-Friday, and limited walk-ins on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Do you need help getting your GED?
The Agency is available to assist customers in covering the cost of the GED test. If you are interested in reaching the goal of obtaining your GED, call us for more information via CSBG: 217-554-9122.
