Decorations
You need a variety of decorations for your wedding – from ceremony pillars and glass cylinders, to aisle runners and greenery walls, to fabric backdrops and candelabras, to dance floors and vinyl dance floor wraps, we have a wide variety of decorations to elevate both your wedding ceremony and reception. We carry chuppahs, mandaps, arches, vases, staging, chandeliers, and more. Our inventory is vast, but we don’t have everything – so if we can’t provide it, we’ll do what we can to steer you in the right direction! After 13 years in the industry, we have a large network of excellent florists, wedding planners, tent rental companies, linen and chair rental companies, concert production companies, and other decorators that can help you get to where you need to go.

Dave with A Posh Production was great to work with! I came in knowing NOTHING about pipe and drape or uplighting and he walked me through it all without making me feel like an idiot, 101. His opinions were helpful without being pushy and, above all, he helped my venue look BEAUTIFUL. Even to the point my now husband finally understands what pipe and drape is and how important it is!!! There are hundreds of wedding venues in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, and with an average of 300 weddings produced each year, we have worked at just about all of them. Documenting our work is important to us, and so we don’t rely on just professional photographs that result from the events we produce – we post our workers’ candid cell phone photos of our work on our website as well. Its not uncommon to find the odd ladder or banquet staff pictured in our photo galleries! As a result, we have over 2,000 photos of our work depicted on our website for you to peruse. Feel free to do a search by venue or by service type – with so many pictures, organization is key!

We hired A Posh Production to install strings light in the reception hall and outdoor patio for our wedding at the Oak Brook Bath & Tennis Club. They did a great job and the lights really added to the atmosphere. Dave is a sweet heart and communication with him was great. Highly recommend!

Once upon a time our company offered DJ’s and photo booths almost exclusively. Over the years as we have evolved into full service wedding production, sometimes our DJ services take a backseat to our decorations, but don’t be fooled – we have some of the best DJ’s in the business – every DJ we employ carries with them at least 15 years of wedding DJ experience, And we carry all the speakers, mixers and microphones needed for events up to 1,000 guests. Not to mention, the ever-popular photo booth is a persistent fixture on events – they’re not going anywhere soon!

We hired posh production for both lighting and DJ at our wedding, Jeff did a fantastic job. He took some very vague directions about the kind of music we like and was able to set the mood perfectly. He was also able to quickly shift plans with the changing dance floor restrictions, and we couldn’t be happier.
