I went to Paul for IT band pain when I ran. Not only did the acupuncture help with the pain, but he also taught me stretching and strengthening techniques. No pain on my last long run.

I continue to go to him for maintenance and mostly because I feel relaxed and great after an acupuncture session. I didn't realize it would do wonders for my dress too.

I would very much recommend him to my friends and family.

Paul is without a doubt the best. He is incredibly intelligent about the body AND the mind, and knows there are many parts to healing an injury, and restoring wellness. He looks at you as a whole person, and treats you as such. He is quite simply, a healer.
He has helped me through ankle sprains, neck/back spasms, & anxiety -and small strains from triathlon training. He is compassionate, kind, and incredibly empathetic. For returning to wellness, his treatment has been vital for me. I am so so so grateful to Paul.

Dr. Paul Gamache is the reason why I can run and train every day! I have been seeing Dr. Paul Gamache in preparation for the Marathon Olympic Trials, and he has not only relieved me of the hamstring and hip pain that I've been running with for the last 4 months, but has been doing phenomenal preventative work! I put a lot of stress on my body, and with the combination of acupuncture and active release therapy (ART), I have been able to avoid injuries. He is very patient in explaining his process and gives me exercises and stretches to do at home. In addition, Dr. Gamache performed nutritional evaluation tests (via blood/urine samples) - he calls it "looking under the hood" - and was able to give me supplemental and diet recommendations. With the addition of these supplements, my energy levels have improved and my recovery time has reduced. Dr. Gamache is very accommodating in seeing his patients, so don't hesitate to give him a call and schedule an appointment. His website also makes booking appointments very easy and convenient! Dr. Paul is unreal- you really don't have to say much after he takes one look at you and knows right away now to fix what hurts. After 3 sessions I feel brand new. We did acupuncture, ART (active release treatment) and he gave me simple corrective exercises to do at home. I felt really taken care of listened to. He is simply the best so look no further!

Paul is a very smart and compassionate practitioner. He's been taking care of me for the past 2 months. Paul is an amazing healer. I call him a healer because he doesn't just treat symptoms. He really looks at the whole you. I've been seeing Paul for about 4 months and I can truly say he is bringing my life back to me. I was in so much pain that I couldn't leave my house and within 5 days I was able to go out. I'm still on the road to recovery and I know if I keep seeing Paul and taking his advice I will get better. I'm absolutely certain of it.
