We called for a quote and the phone receptionist was extremely friendly. She was able to set up a consult at our house the next morning. Well, they never showed for the appointment. We took off work and scheduled our whole morning around them showing up. We will not be going back to them.

Mr. O'Donnell, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding as we are very careful when setting appointments and always call to confirm, however, we realize that when we called to confirm on Tuesday for your Wednesday appointment that you had it down for Tuesday. This is an honest misunderstanding and we would welcome the opportunity to reset a new appointment with you.
