Absolutely horrible experience with this lawyer. I was in an accident and instead of dealing with the insurance company by myself, I was instructed I should let a lawyer mediate on my behalf.

I gathered all documents in an organized manner so he wouldn't be held up by anything on my end. Months go by and I get an email saying they needed a particular document, which was included in the packet I prepared. They had obviously not even gone through the packet. This was the beginning of many, many delays caused by their disorganized way of doing business.

It was nearly impossible to reach Mr. LeChevalier and almost all communication was with his assistant. I would send an email inquiring about where things are with the case and it would be weeks before hearing back. Then months later, I would hear from the assistant that she needed a document ~ and always the documents had been sent long before.

Nearly a year after the accident, I received a check from the insurance company. I'm certain I could've received the same amount of money had I worked with the insurance company myself. I would avoid this lawyer at all costs.

Paul is an outstanding attorney. I have referred numerous clients to him and he always obtains outstanding results. I highly recommend him.
