My friends and I rented a limo to

my friend Aryana booked a limo for our friends' birthday to take us to SF, this company had outstanding service. They respond quickly regarding quotes, they have good prices and are very punctual with very friendly drivers. Everything went great with this reservation, the driver was very punctual and sweet, he made me and my group feel comfortable and made good conversation. Overall this is a great company to book with, they made the day absolutely memorable!! I will definitely be booking again for any special occasions. Thank you!!

I called and booked for my event thought I might need an additional car and spoke with Michael and he said don't worry we do this all the time. He assured me that we did not need another vehicle. I sent my itinerary over and thought great this company knows what they are doing. The driver showed up late to all my pick-ups, didn't know where he was going. The driver was asking my guests for directions mind you these guest are from out of town. They had to google directions to my event from their cell phones. Even after delivering one party to my event when he went to pick up my other party, he couldn't remember how to get there. Nevertheless our wedding started 45 minutes late. BTW I requested the owner to contact me and he never did. Thanks Steve Won!
I have my records as well. I spoke with Michael and he told me not to worry. I sent my itinerary and all pick ups were in a 10 mile radius. I had no issues paying for another car service. Michael didn't say you guys were all booked he said to me don't waste your money and this is what you guys do. I know this goes against what Yelp says in regards to responding to reviews, but you are a complete liar. We have global tracking on all our vehicles and your driver showed up 13 minutes early for the first pickup. When you called in regards to renting a second vehicle, we informed you that we were already sold out due to proms. 3 days before your wedding you sent us your itinerary that had 9 pickup and drop offs starting at 3:00pm. You originally said there would be three groups that needed transportation. Your new itinerary was mapped out and it took 1 hour and 33 minutes it travel time. This did not count nine different stops with passengers getting in and out of the vehicle. This made your itinerary about two hours to complete. You are blaming us, when all we did was follow your itinerary. You called and swore at our agent. Your husband also called 3 times yelling and swearing. Until we showed him your text message that included your itinerary. One of the groomsmen took the phone from your husband and apologized after seeing your itinerary. He was in shock and couldn’t believe your itinerary and timeline. At the end of the evening you called and yelled at our staff because our driver left at 11:00pm. You reserved the limo from 3pm-11am. Once again you failed to calculating timelines and did not want to pay overtime charges. It’s sad that you can slander our company for your mistake. We will be contacting our attorney to see if anything can be done about this. We have all the text and emails to prove you are at fault. Thank you for your business, congratulations and good luck with your marriage.

This was an horrible experience just call to confirm my limo for my daughter it's scary to know that you book a limo with someone so unprofessional and threatened us that he knows where we live so scary god bless you please be careful
