The West is a 1200 ft natural light, rentable studio. The space is cloaked floor to ceiling in white, offering a blank slate for any creative ambitions. It features a private dressing room with makeup mirrors, counter and seating. The gathering space is open to the studio providing a place for conferencing, problem solving or just general viewing of the set. The natural light comes in through the windows on the west side of the space. Double curtains line the west window wall giving the user the option of wide open light, diffused light or blackout.

The West Studios shares a large (but separate) space with Joseph West Photography & Melissa Fitzgerald Photography. This add on includes your use of the common space outside of the double doors + use of our lounge and kitchen area, with the guarantee no one will be onsite except a Studio Manager.
Rentals with over 10 people will be required to book this option.
Any sessions including nudity, even for a portion of the session, are required to book this option.
Rentals for mini sessions are highly encouraged to book this option to provide a space for clients in case of overlap.
***Rental rates apply between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. All time outside of these hours increases to $75 per hour.
*** If adding any time to an "After Hours" rental, West Studios staff MUST be notified 24 hours in advance.
***Smash cake sessions, glitter, and sand are not permitted in the white box space.
***Any sessions including nudity, even for a portion of the session (i.e. boudoir), require the "Exclusive Access" booking. Staff must be notified prior to the session in order to properly arrange staffing and events occurring outside of the white box space.
***The West Studios does not have a liquor license, therefore liquor is prohibited in the space at all times.

SMALL EVENTS RENTAL RATES
The West Studios is available for small event rental between the hours of 9 am - 8 pm in
the following categories:
Photography/Cinematography related events
Wedding events (small ceremonies, brunches, showers, getting ready - receptions must be held elsewhere)
Small pop-up shops for products
Workshops (max 50 attendees)
*Parties are prohibited under all circumstances
*Event rentals require a full day rental
