RJ Fisher & Associates, Inc. is a professional Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Surveying firm that has served the Central Pennsylvania region for the past 30 years.  We are passionate about making a difference in our community and have completed over 2,500 projects in Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, and neighboring areas!  Founded in 1987 by Robert J. Fisher, P.L.S, P.E., the company was created with a vision to lead the industry in innovative site design using the latest technology to improve each project.  RJ Fisher & Associates is made up of a team of experienced professionals who listen to ideas, establish practical solutions, and create cost-effective designs.  We pride ourselves on great communication and face-to-face interaction to keep you in the loop throughout the Land Development process.  We are adamant about completing the Due Diligence process to identify any problems early on, and we are able to use our 3D Site Models to show you a Vision of your Future project.
