Smiles On York is operated by S. Russell Damron, DMD and was opened in historic Newport, KY in January of 2010.  The practice was initially purchased in 1995 in its previous location of Covington from Dr. Richard Scott.  When Dr. Damron purchased the current building location, he thought it appropriate to change the name to Smiles On York since it is located on York street.  We are conveniently located across from the Campbell County Courthouse and just around the corner from the Newport Aquarium and Newport on the Levee, as well as minutes from downtown Cincinnati.  The office is easily accessible from interstates 71 and 471.
