I have a problem with one of the employee that work at the factory.my dad pass away he was a farmer of cane,he left the property to my mother marion Dussie,my sister (Petrona deeble) took my mother to frome factory to sign papers without the letting any one knows, she did not know what it was. Last year she notice that the payment for the cane was going to my sister we came to jamaica went to frome gave the guy that dealt with that part of the business his name is abdul,a letter stating not to give any more info to my sister but previously before our visit my mother went to frome factory met with this person told him she wasn't aware of what my sister did and she wanted the rest of the payment to go her bank she gave him her bank info.that was not honor my mother is 76yrs hv no husband and because of your employee slackness he chooses not to honor her request, because from my understanding my sister is paying him off.upon my sister and I bringing the letter there sign by my mom abdul took it to his boss and they both look at it and stated they going to file it, I have a copy of that letter.no all the payments are going to my sister my mother is not receiving any because my sister meet with abdul and gave her, her bank info and send the payment to her acc.this was supposed to stop since July 2015 went my sister and I came there I also heard that he made a very rude remarks about us coming there,now this is unacceptable and we are talking to a lawyer because my mother have no income and is being supposed by us she is not out of her mind she now know what happened and crying every day because that use to be her income to go the DR ect.I would like to know if the company runs by bribery and need some answer because I am the one my mother called every day fustrated not to mention abdul will not give any info on her concerning the cane cutting ect.my sister goes to ja only when there is payment and bring stuff to them at the factory. I need some answers ASAP. I don't remember abdul last name at the moment but I can get it if required but he work's in the office at frome factory. Please I would really appreciated an answer ASAP otherwise we will be taken this further.
