QUEST SECURITY SERVICES LTD has been a provider of excellence security services for many years. Our experience in the security industry extends over fourteen (14) years and we have maintained several of our original clients since our inception. We can assure you that we posses the necessary customer service and personalized service skills required to properly serve any organization in Jamaica.

Quest Security Services Limited began operations in May 1999 with one guard and one location.  Over the past 14 years due to the ingenuity of its Directors, the company has achieved astronomical growth and now offers island-wide security coverage. Quest Security presently maintains a guard force of over 700.  We have branch offices in major towns, i.e. May Pen, Ocho Rios, Falmouth, Montego Bay and Port Antonio.  We have grown from just being a guard company to one of providing security officers, CCTV, Alarm Monitoring and Armed Response, Burglary and Fire Alarm, Access Control, Canine with Handlers service, Vehicle Tracking and a wide range of electronic security system.

Our officers are remotely monitored by our 24 hour Central Station/Dispatch Centre who check-in with them every (30) minutes. Mobile Supervisors visit the locations routinely as part of our quality Assurance Programme.  In the event of an accident, it is reported immediately via telephone and /or email and communicated to the client (s) and our manager. A written account is submitted within 24 hours of said incident as per our policy.
