The National Tool and Engineering Institute, as the principal industrial maintenance technology
training arm of HEART Trust/NTA, will prepare competent technicians to add value to Jamaica's industrial maintenance sector, while enhancing their ability to compete globally. One objective is to operate as an integrated entity in providing efficient and cost effective technical services to the industrial sector, and the training of technicians in industrial technologies.
