Bad service at this hospital Mum in hospital and never a doctor to give updates. Nurse refused to talk to anyone

I was admitted to the hospital in August 2021 with Covid. My experience while admitted to the hospital was very good .I found the doctors and nurses to be very efficient, the PCA's and ancillary staff to be courteous and helpful. The wards were kept clean and they were airy. I saw how overworked everyone was but my greatest experience were with the PCA's, whose attention was constantly in demand while they were in the wards. 2 PCA's for up to 15 bed ridden patients. Despite this they always showed patience and offered words of encouragement. I am taking this opportunity to specifically mention PCA's Merchant, Campbell, Jones, Bogle-Smith and Phipps who I can't thank enough for their kindness.
