The person I spoke to was extremely rude, refused to give her name for reference and when I tried to complain I was told she was the manager. Needless to say I do not recommend doing any business with them

I have had exceptional service from them for many years. Both as a professional and for health aid products when my mom was not well. Like all companies they may have a hiccup but I have found these to be resolved speedily. As for product availability and knowledge no other supplier comes close.
