Took a Samsung J1Ace to you to repair under warranty for a broken display. You didnt know how long it would take. Got a call Dec 1st to collect it. Collected it and the screen is broken and you say it wasnt obvious to me. The screen is broken because the person who attempted to remove the tempered glass screen saver nicked it and the cracks spread across the screen. There are 3 points where an attempt was made to lift the screen saver. Samsung Latin America recommended you but your Agent tells me it's not your region. Thanks for nothing
