All our lawyers are litigation solicitors who specialise in what we describe as property litigation. For us, this also includes advisory work, which amounts to about 40% of what we do. We advise on all commercial and residential property issues. Some issues arise out of a dispute and some arise in a more general way.

 Among the reasons why we believe it is in a client’s interest to be advised by a property litigation solicitor, rather than a conveyancer, is that he is more likely to be familiar with remedies, eg injunctions, damages etc and he’ll have a better feel for how the court would deal with a matter.
