Central Coast Yoga & Pilates is proud to offer a wide variety of Yoga and Pilates classes. Each class will be held in our state-of-the-art heated room to facilitate deeper movement into postures as well as powerful detoxification for your body. All classes are great for first-time students or advance practitioners. You can expect class to be fun, challenging and work every muscle.  With a variety of classes Central Coast Yoga & Pilates offers a perfect mix of  balance and body sculpting exercises. As well as your classic Hatha Yoga for strong skeleton and Vinyasa poses for a fast-paced class. Our variety of classes develop balance, coordination and strength while improving flexibility, toning the muscles, joints and spine.
