The company was created in 1977 as Litwiller Construction, when a 22-year old journeyman carpenter named David Litwiller signed a contract to work as a screen door and ceramic tile installer for what was then known as Simpson Sears.

Widely recognized for our high standard of client communications and workmanship, and for exceptional follow-up service, Litwiller became one of the first two Calgary renovation companies to be accepted into the National Home Warranty Program.

He quickly acquired a reputation as a skilled, imaginative carpenter and worked steadily in home renovations and commercial tenant improvements. He later started a general construction and renovation business, which grew into the Litwiller we know today.

The rest is history. Ever since, we’ve been helping Calgarians build their dreams.
